Don’t Think Twice Movie Review

When a member of a popular New York City improv troupe gets a huge break, the rest of the group – all best friends – start to realize that not everyone is going to make it after all.
Don’t Think Twice offers an interesting glimpse into the world of improv comedy. People tend to forget that a lot of big name comedians struggled for many years to get to the top. People also forget that for every comedian that achieves commercial success there’s at least a hundred that never do.
I’ve never been a big fan of improv comedy but this movie made me reconsider it as a viable art form. Its spontaneous nature is akin to a group of musicians jamming together nonstop for several hours.
The story itself is well written and the entire cast is great!
If you’re in the mood to watch a movie that shines a light on an often ignored aspect of comedy then I highly recommend watching Don’t Think Twice.
On a scale of 1 tamale to 10 tamales I give it 8 tasty tamales! 😎
